What's the Cancellation Policy for Treatments?We understand that life can be unpredictable. To provide the best service to all our clients, please be aware of the following cancellation policy for treatments: Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the final treatment cost. Cancellation Notice: • 48+ Hours Before Appointment: No further charges; cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will not incur any fees. • 24-48 Hours Before Appointment: A fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. • Less than 24 Hours / No Show: The full treatment cost will be charged.( the deposit will be applied towards this fee) This policy helps us accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment and ensures that our time is respected. Cancellation , Warranty and Support Policy (Purchase of Equipment & Training)Cancellation Policy 1. Refunds and Returns: • Equipment purchases are non-refundable once the items have been delivered, installed, or used. • Training fees are non-refundable once the course materials have been accessed or the training has begun. 2. Deposits: • Any deposit paid is non-refundable under all circumstances. 3. Cancellations Prior to Delivery or Training Start: • Cancellations made within 48 hours of payment but before equipment dispatch or training access may be eligible for a refund, minus an administrative fee of £200. Warranty and Equipment Care 1. Warranty Coverage: • Our equipment includes a standard warranty for manufacturing defects only. • The warranty does not cover damage caused by human error, misuse, or failure to follow the instructions provided. 2. Instructions and Installation: • Clear and detailed instructions are provided at the time of purchase. These must be followed carefully to ensure proper use and maintenance of the equipment. • Any damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or failure to follow instructions is the responsibility of the purchaser and will void the warranty. 3. Support and Repairs: • We provide ongoing support for equipment-related issues. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response to support inquiries. • Repairs for user-caused damage will incur additional costs. Liability and Limitations 1. Training Results: • We provide high-quality training, but we cannot guarantee individual results or outcomes from the use of our equipment or techniques. • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they have the necessary skills to use the equipment after training. 2. Dispute Resolution: • Any disputes or issues must be raised in writing within 14 days of the equipment delivery or training completion. • We will assess disputes fairly, but refunds or replacements will not be issued for issues arising from user error. Your Acknowledgment By purchasing equipment and training, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Failure to adhere to the terms will void any warranties, support agreements, or refund eligibility.

Please review our cancellation policy based on different payment options: For Full Payments: • 14+ Days Before Training: Full refund. • 7-13 Days Before Training: 50% refund. • Less than 7 Days Before Training: No refund, but you may reschedule for a future training session at no additional cost. For Deposits (£200,Paid via Bank Transfer): • Deposits are non-refundable. • If you cancel 14+ days before training, you may transfer the deposit to a future training session within 3 months. • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the training will result in the deposit being forfeited.
